Triathlon

In October, I committed to the lifetime fitness triathlon in Mpls which is held July 9th. The swimming portion (1500 meters) of the Olympic distance event is frightening. November through February I have been rotating running, biking and swimming 5 to 6 times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes, so I could plug into a training schedule. This week I began a 5 month training schedule that I pulled from a website beginnertriathlete.com. I am stronger and lighter which is my number one goal. Life is good, Todd
